UK Data Protection - are you doing all you can

The Government have just issued a new set of guidelines - a checklist - for individuals and businesses to follow to ensure they're meeting the requirements of the Data Protection Act.
I've typed up the checklist over on our Blog and taken the opportunity to answer each checklist point with how Fabulous Photo Gifts does it's best to comply.
Thought some of you might be interested for your own businesses and as an idea to help make your business as transparent as possible etc etc.

Im not sure what the rules are for bloggers, obviously anyone who registers on a blog has their data stored by the blogger
