Many blogcatalog members hypothesize that blogcatalog management uses certain blogcatolog members from a variety of timezones to help monitor the discussion boards on a 24/7 basis to protect blogcatalog from copyright infringements and libel etc. being posted as well as promoting and protecting proper internet conduct and manners etc. on blogcatalog...

Assuming there is some merit to the above theory...

Should blogcatalog have or develop a code of conduct and perhaps a training course for these unofficial discussion monitors ?

In my opinion there is a great deal of inconsistency in the behaviour and manners of these unofficial monitors...

Some unofficial discussion monitors do a great job and are very kind and helpful...

Other unofficial discussion monitors may be at times be helpful but are rude and obnoxious and are lacking in social skills and actually chase away people, ruin discussions and even cause members to leave blogcatalog...

Who is your favorite unofficial discussion monitor ?
