Lawsuit-Large Hadron Collider a Doomsday machine

Some scientists fear and made a lawsuit against the CERN Large Hadron Collider experiment starting at the end of 2009 :

According to them theory is not sure about the fact that the mini black holes that would be created would be able to evaporate or on the contrary grow so fast as to be able to swallow the earth in only a few years funny no I'm sure all 2012 believers will love that

    Don't worry though, CERN answered that if it was the case we would have already disappeared because Earth is being already hit by so much energy everyday
