I was given permission to share some stuff on youtube by a favorite ministry. Problem is, I can only download their videos from their site in Real format and they need to be uploaded to Youtube as an AVI or WMV file, or whatever else youtube accepts. I would prefer WMV because of file compression sizes.

I have this plugin for realplayer that lets you download videos from sites, but I haven't found one for Windows Media Player. Does anyone know of any? Tnx.

There are programs on tucows.com that will allow you to convert from RM to WMV for free or a small price.
