So I want to start adding some video's to my blog, and I'm not a good actress. What are the rules? So what I have been doing is contacting the peeps that posted the original video on YouTube of Vimeo, but some don't respond back. If it is on the web can I use it, is it copyright infringement if I do? You all heard how Ralph Lauren wanted BoingBoing.net to take down the Photoshop photo of Filippa Hamilton, but BoingBoing was allowed to keep it up because of the Fair Use laws which allow the media to reproduce creative content for the purposes of commentary and criticism. But I'm not the media.

How do you all do it?
