Virus detected on my blog - please Help me

Please help me.
I am so sad as my blog is continuously becoming the victim of Hacker attacks. The new problem is Virus detection. When my blog is loaded Crypted.Gen is detecting the computer.
I tried reinstalling the Theme & Wordpress script. But no use.
What should I do now? Please help me as soon as possible

First change your pass word, then look through the source code and find the added script.
This shit pisses me off, they hack us all the time. Last time google would allow links to us for 3 days and twitter for 2 weeks.
