I've been working on my site ONE1-DM at www.one1.com.sg for some years now...left it alone for a while and picked it up again recently. Some poepl say that's whay my goolge rankingis lousy. Others comment that my content is not focused...do give me your comments...most of all about whether you enjoyed it.

what CMS you use the code is familiar but cant put my finger on it?
new gif a bit out of date should be only 1 new other dont make them rotate load fast

Alex.....I found it very informative....but, somewhat overwhelming for me. I have ADHD....and, wow...I didn't know what to read or look at first. However, I was still very, very impressed. maybe it looks a little too much like an ad...I can't qute put my finger on it. But then again I am an old hippie involved in protesting this war. I have videos, lots of images...it's a slow download but it's for my son-in-law and he requested the videos and music...I do so hope you will visit moondanzerdelivers.blogspot.com

  I actually found the videos very interesting..no problems with the download speed at my end. Any Kind of War or Hostility is Bad. I certainly join you in your protest.

The way I understand it you started new on March? I would not expect that very much can be achieved in two months. Leaving a blog alone is the same as killing it. It's like printing thousands of brochures and stacking them in the cellar. No one will read them.
I'd recommend patience. And I'd recommend one column less in your website layout. Let people a chance to focus.

  Thanks for the comments...will work on it. There was some legacy materials from the past.... March was when I got more serious about getting the site into shape, getting it ranked, positioned etc, etc.
