This is my desperate cry to the General Blog group...
I run the "Guest Blogging Exchange" Group here on Blog Catalog! (120 members and counting---whoopee!)
We seem to a have a distinct need for humor writers---blogger's with an edge!
If you have a humor blog or consider yourself a humorous writer, please leave your info below (include your URL), and how best to contact you.
We are in need of Guest Bloggers who are willing write about any topic in a humorous manner.
So far we've had a need for funny writers to jazz up the topics of:
- Sports (NCAA basketball, in particular)
- Entertainment/Gossip
- The Beatles (yes, the musical band from Liverpool)
- Sex, Dating, and Relationship (advice or stories)
and I'm sure many others will follow...
And if you KNOW of someone who would be interested, please also post his/her blog (if you have his/her permission or you know he/she won't mind the extra pageviews.) (lol) They don't even have to be blog owners in order to participate---we just need funny writers!

Well two people in the group have asked for guest bloggers who can write about sex or sex-related topics.
a) One wanted a dating and advice column feel
b) The other pure, flat-out, pants-dropping sex...
(she tugs on her collar) Whew! Is it getting hot in here?
Again this all subject to my interpretation and hence hearsay, so I'll just invite you the Guest Blogging Group and you network and peruse the "listing" on your own, k? Ok, I'll be back!

I may possibly be interested. I haven't blogged much in the last month or so due to a fire but if you look at my latest post you'll get the drift on the style and substance of my blog. Usually pretty much offbeat humor.

(For some reason, people who accept either drag their feet or are really shy about asking to write for each others blogs. That's what we're here for--duh!!) Even if you're "possibly" interested, just make yourself known so that we can at least see who's vaguely interested. It's an exchange--a barter. You don't have to accept if you're not fully sold/interested.

LordLikely - Does that mean that you wouldn't mind contributing to another blog? Or are you just showing off? (lol)
If EITHER of you are interested in guest blogging, then:

Why not do a post about the Beatles having sex with college basketball athletes? (hits all your themes) If you really want to drive some traffic to your site, suggest that the aforementioned athletes were the women's basketball team from Rutgers. (Oh no he didn't.....oh yes I did!!)
Nothing like a touch of controversy to start a good healthy discussion/debate.
