Webservice based shopping cart in php

Hey all
I am working on LAMP technology from last 3 years and I came across a shopping cart project which need to pull data from web services.
The requirement is actually bit different this time. Client wants cart which will simply pull data from web service and display the contents on our website.
any open source script is available for this kind of application??
