   First - I would make the paragraphs smaller in length - separating them.
   
   Online, some people - especially those with reading difficulties cannot read lines of words together like that.
   
   So separating the sentences to one or two lines each gives readers with difficulty better reading ability.
   
   Second, I would make all the words like VACATION RENTAL UNLIMITED.com LINK to the home page or appropriate pages - inside sentences and paragraphs - which might help on SEO.
   
   I would also put a MAP in - where viewers could click on the state of the map they would like to go to. This would give a visual appeal to the viewer.
   
   Once clicking on the state - I would make the cities available MORE obvious - right now they kind of look like Adsense click links. Maybe say something like: Vacation Rentals Available in ALASKA by city: (Click on City to see individual offers.)
   
   Update NEWS/ARTICLES with updated news and articles - so that people can see different locations - basically use the News and Articles as a tourist assistance. It should be used with the Traveler in mind and the traveler is looking for information about places they might want to visit. So organize the news by states.
   
   Those are just some of my suggestions.
   
   The other suggestions would be to take the site out of the CLUNKY Box format - and clean it up. Make it look more free flowing and up to date.
   
   The blue background is very old looking... Go bright White - with Destination pictures --- maybe cabin or house pictures that would match the types of rentals that might be available.
   
   Make the writing font easier to read... It's really not bad - but it could be easier to read.
   
   Take a look at other places in your niche area - and see how they offer their sites - and see if you can match it - AND beat their quality.
   
   Now.... WHY are you asking this?
   
   And what did I just win?

   OH - and instead of offering pictures in a box - I would have them load up at the top of the page - and have a link that would pop up more pictures --- like REALTOR pages do...

   You could go in to detail as to what they are actually getting when they sign up for one of your advertising packages. You are "saying Property owners or managers, list your vacation rental property." Go in to detail on what that means? Where will there listing be shown; just on your website or multiple websites? Talk about how many visitors come to the site. List number of benefits for advertising their listing on your site.

   In continuance --- This website needs to be garnered MORE for the VACATIONER or Tourist - and not for the Home owners...
   
   For the home owners to rent on this site - it needs to be USED ---- so get the people INBOUND....
   
   Home owners will FLOCK to this site when there are tons of visitors looking to find places to rent...
   
   A small link for the Home Owner (vacation property owner) should be included on every page... But not the main focus of the home Entry page.
   
   UNLESS - you open it out on the home page with TWO ENTRY PORTAL LINKS: LOOKING and SELLING (or whatever niche words you want)...
   
   
   And an Affiliate program would be nice to send out.

   since you are using seperate htm files you mi8ght as well make the keywords and especially the description specific to each page.. you're pages for a spot in lake tahoe show up in google results with the same overall pitch for the site
   
   It's boring but very functional.. it looks like a thousand other sites, something out of the box, if you will.
   
   Maybe a charactor (a talking dog?) definetly some colors - the left of the banner should fade with the rest of it..
   
   My eyes are bleeding, make the font larger - it should be in little content boxes instead of like a document - blockquotes with a different color - round all the edges on those images on the left side. Make it fun, like masturbating
   
   Actually - the visitors are already at the site.. I don't think I would use that space for a pitch at all - I would get right to business and ask them what state etc.. show some cool package deals on the front page. And a talking rabbit or something.. That's valuable space and they are already at the site for some reason - get down to business
