Those of you lucky enough to have found your way here are part of our small test team of hand picked Blog Catalog users. As you can see we are about to implement a new Discussions section to BlogCatalog and are interested in seeing what you think.

Please feel free to post new discussions, comment on anything you see and let us know what you like or would like to see.

BlogCatalog is about you, the Bloggers. We take every opinion seriously and strive to make this place better everyday. Our goal is to create a community where bloggers can share ideas and help propel each other forward in this growing corner of the web.

Thank you for taking place in our little testing phase, we hope to be launching this section soon; don't be alarmed if you see some changes taking place before your eyes and please if you have any questions, comments or suggestions email us anytime at support@blogcatalog.com

I'm just saying hello too! This is a WONDERful idea. I'm happy to be one of the first to use BlogCatalog's new Discussion feature. I'm really looking forward to being able to talk to multiple people about topics of interest to me. YAY! More friends!

  Glad to have you! There isn't much here right now (as far as posts go). I only invited a few people in so we could hopefully get a few topics going and get some feedback before we launch.

hai everyone here what we are going to do here??? i think this place will be best place to all my questions on blogging!!!
Just testing this html codesi have a suggestion that allowing links i.e, html links will damage this place when people promote there blog(s).........

I am sure I invited at least one other woman. Then again, I don't really know many people. I only invited a small handful. Get the word out to any friends you may have to come look around. Just mind the dust, changes are being made as we post.

  Who doesn't!? Embarrassing tidbit: I used to work at a Family Summer Camp, where each counselor took on a "camp name" to be used instead of their real one. Mine: Hobbes! My friends make fun of me for that, but I think they are just envious.

Good to see this discussion forum here. I belong to a small number of other blogging networks but it seems that the 'support' is limited, the FAQs have very little info in them and there's nowhere to go to ask 'how to...?' which means users are left in the dark if they don't fully understand how that community works.

This forum is a great idea, it's good to talk - dialogue and not monologue. Forums like this are the way forward.One improvement could me a location / Geo map showing where the blog is run from and who subscribes / is linked to it. We always start 'Hi from Dubai' - maybe a map could be added in profile to show where our friends n neighbours are?
