Mostly from Google, BC, Stumble. -
I get most of mine at entrecard.com.
It's basically having your blog advertised for free on other people's blogs/website, so you get traffics to your site from theirs. But it doesn't work with wordpress.com (free version) because it's encripted in java script and you'd need to have a code of it posted somewhere in your blog. But if you have other site hosting--I have blogger--then you should be fine. I suggest you give it a click and see it for yourself.

My traffic is coming from (in no particular order):
Blog Catalog
MyBlogLog
MyLot
Facebook
Direct Traffic
Organic Google Searches
Social Spark
Yuwie
That's where some of the traffic I got today came from anyway. -
Mostly from Google searches. I also get some from Blogcatalog and a few from links from my other sites. Last week I was favorably reviewed at blazinghotblogs.blogspot.com and it generated several hundred hits! -

... Interesting trend. It would seem that a trick to increase blog traffic is to write a blog about how to do so. Not bashing it, just noticing a funny trend is all.
As for my blog, at the moment most of my traffic comes from Facebook, Google Searches, Blog Catalog or Twitter. Mostly friends. I average maybe 10-15 hits a day. Nothing major, but it gives a nice building block.
I have noticed a trend, that the more posts I do, the more likely I am to get traffic from search engines. Since my blog usually centres around one thing, it makes sense.
