In a quest to better understand my fellow bloggers its time to open up a little. What are 5 things that very few people know about you?

Here are five things people don't me to start things off.

1. I am a single full time dad with a career and like 30 domains, sometimes going to worthwhile blogs.

2. Before forums and chatrooms I was pretty mean on the CB 10-4?

3. When I was young I used to get in trouble for talking about cars, computers, and being a smartass now I get paid for it.

4. I once traded paid a buck for a box at an auction and made over $3400 of it from ebay.

5+. I've been a foster parent, a candidate for office, a hilo driver, saved Tom Petty's day, helped convict someone of a computer crime (they deserved it trust me), spent my summers in Kentucky when I was a kid, wanted to be a Car Designer when I grew up, owned transformers before it was cool, used a Macintosh in 1984 with 0.8 operating system, and owned 2 business before I was 25.

Hows that for a start?

How do you define very few people? Are you talking about very few people here on Blog Catalog or very few people in my life? Here are five tidbits about me that most people here don't know.

    1. I almost died in a car accident a few years ago. I now have a titantium rod in my right leg, a few scars, and an even stronger appreciation for life.

    2. Although I blog about web page design I never went to school for computer science or anything similar. I graduated from college with a degree in Creative Writing.

    3. I don't like the taste of beef.

    4. I was lucky enough to vacation in Europe quite a bit when I was a child.

    5. One of my favorite hobbies is creating entire imaginary worlds from scratch. Drawing maps is particularly fun.

I hope you enjoy the tidbits. I look forward to reading more.

If nothing else, you could always offer a small e-book download (pdf format, or something) on your blog of a few of your best/favorite recipes - it might be a good hook for attracting more readers to your blog.
