What are the best forums/sites for bloggers?

Hi everyone,

Just wondering which sites people use to discuss blogging and promote their work?

What forums do you recommend?

Any other sites like Blog Catalog or Technorati that I should be aware of and using?

I'm relatively new to the whole blogging scene so would greatly appreciate any tips for good online hangouts!

      lol, well thank you for the welcome

      I'd really like to be using more than one though, and in particular some good forums would be nice.
