The ones you know a lot about. Are you trying to write about what you think people want to read?

One of my tactics is to promote the hell out of my competition:)
I mean I have to have them follow along to a certain point right.

Write what ever you like but in a different way. Face it, you are not an expert so you can't be able to write everything on one topic. Just give your own opinion about the topic. Just like my site, I write about MLM, home business and motivation but half of my regular readers are far away from the topic but still likes my writing.

Of course the most logical answer is stuff you're an expert on. You can always try other topics to gain traffic such as:

    - Obama, Linux, Ron Paul, or Google to appease Digg users.
    - Sex.
    - Gadgets and Technology.
    - Sex.
    - Making money online (done to death, yet still works)
    - Sex.
    - Big news.

The good news is some of our blogs fit right up the "sex" alley!

The bad news is this is not a blog friendly topic as you may think. The keywords are saturated with unethical and highly promoted sites. It is a tall hill to climb with the search engines.

Then there are also issues with other aspects, Adsense is out the window and it can be difficult to find other legitimate bloggers to become friends with. Although BC has really been an exception to that rule.

In the end I don't know if a sex themed topic is a blessing or a curse! Atleast not for a person who is focusing on making a quality blog and not just bringing in some quick cash.

Just our thoughts on this experience so far...

The best topic to blog is the one that you love and have knowledge in.
Think about it, you are going to blog for a few years.
So if you are not loving what you blog, you will give up very fast.

    Hey,

Write about the topic related to your blog, if you have a group of readers, you can ask them what they want to know about. That a great way to know what to blog about.

The twisted logic of a nightmare is as good as anything else.

The best topics to blog on are ones you actually know something about.

Write about something you have a passion for and others will take notice, atleast people of like interest.

I agree with BlueSunshine lists, those keys word seems to dominate. Any blog with creative photography differently is unattractive to many people.
But as the rest of blogger here are saying "write about something you know" is the ultimate advice experts seem to always underline.

    Yourself...
Your life, your thoughts and recollections about life.
People are always interested in other people's lives.
