What are the top 5 things you look for in a woman/man?

Beauty (its only natural for you to seek physical atraction when you don't know a person, but beauty will only take you that far in a relationship)
Sense of Humor (she has to be fun to be with and make me laugh)
Independence / Confidence (I like women that stand firm on their ground and know what they want and where they are going)
Honesty (if she's not trustworthy its not even worth trying)
Inteligence (I enjoy being in the company of a woman who can maintain an interesting conversation and challenge me intelectually)

Blunt Honesty:

Don't take a century in explaining what you want. Don't say one thing one day, and a week later tell the "truth". I've had that before and the person remains as part of the past.

Laid-Back Relax:

I love to travel, see new places, try things here and there but not everyday. Somewhat of a house hugger nowadays.

Attractive:

At least to me. I have to want to touch you with the lights on.

Humor Me:

Love laughing and I may do it so frequently, it's annoying at times. But if said guy is what I call a serious sally all the time, he can go bother someone else.

Always Willing to Compromise:

I prefer to split all possible things 50/50. Random guy would have to accept that. I'd take care of certain bills, him the others. I may take care of vacuuming, he can love up the dishes till they sparkle. Don't expect me to take care of all that may be considered womanly chores. The expectation enough it is an immediate red flag.

I guess that's pretty much what you wrote, just a tad (barely) varied.
