I am going to the somewhat new farmers market here in San Antonio and am going to see the newest stretch of the SA riverwalk that goes out towards the museums.
Also have a family BBQ going on bc of my cousin's high school graduation.
What are other BC folk doing this weekend?

Won't make it to SA, I'm afraid. I'm headed to Lake Caddo. I'll be sure and eat some Bodacious BBQ when I'm down there.

I work weekends, so I will be sitting in a completely dead library (exams just finished so no one studies anymore) reading for the next 2 days. -
My girlfriend is coming over from the mainland to stay until Monday morning. I'm so excited that I can barely contain myself. We are going to have a blast! The best past is that I get the day off from working at the Farmer's Market - yahoo!

There are lots of fun things to do on my island. Most are focused on the great outdoors.
My friend is bringing me bags of treats I have ordered that can only be found in the city, including real chocolate. We are going to cook up a storm. Then we will hang out at the beach and yap and laugh until our cheeks hurt. On Saturday night we will be at a drum and dance circle and on Sunday we have another musical event. We both love to sing and we harmonize very well together.

no, i mean i really suck. last time i played, i teed off my ball went right up in the air and landed about 5 ft in front of me. So, i walk over, grab it and tee it up again. Hit it. It goes off to the left, hits a tree and ends up behind me. I just gave up, walked about halfway down the fairway and dropped one.

Just hit a driving range. Have a friend who is any good come with you and give you pointers. Golf is the best sport ever for people who are too old to play sports.

There's a huge festival-music, food, crafts, dance-this weekend in my town. So I'll spend a lot of time there. -

Rainbow.. And some small silvers and some small steelhead.
A lake near where we live stock them - and they are YUMMY to pan fry or bake - or just grill --- or even put in tin foil with some butter and garlic.

Relaxing after a week in DC
I used to go to San Antonio a lot when we lived in Dallas and I LOVED the Riverwalk and the old marketplace. Hope you have a great time. -
Post to blog and comment on a few, scroll through discussion lists, type in whatever's typing. Play a couple wargame turns. Maybe go to a movie matinee with a lady friend. -

I am going to sit around slapping the vampire bat sized mosquitos that we have this year, because the People's Republic of Spokane County appearently couldn't find money in their budget for insect control
