What are your customer service nightmares?!!

I am gathering info for an upcoming post for my retail blog (retailbizblog.blogspot.com). What are your customer service nightmares? I am trying to see if people are more frustrated with the encounters they have with the morons at the store, or if those annoying automated systems are what really gets you mad!!!

    morons d00d. Complete morons. Stupid people just suck. nothing worse than a stupid, moron customer, that you have to be nice to. As a reference to Celticmusic fans post , at work it is phony but you have to be nice and that sucks even more:( Did I happen to mention the stupid people, ya they suck bad!
