What are your feelings towards real estate agents and the profession? Love or Hate Them?

Hi everyone,

Let's clear the air first. I am a Tampa real estate broker-associate and I love what I do. There are a large number of agents who deserve respect and admiration, and to whom the following questions should not apply.

With that being said, let's GET CANDID!

I am VERY interested in learning what your feelings are towards the real estate profession.

How do you guys perceive the profession and why? GO NUTS!!

      lol... I guess I may see why you feel that way. However, in the end it does serve a purpose : )

      please explain what useful purpose it serves... what is it insuring?!

    In a purchase, it serves its purpose. You wouldn't want to attempt to purchase a property from an individual who did not own it right?

    I understand why you may feel that way towards title insurance, but how do you feel about real estate agents and why?
