My main goals for SEO Wizz are to see it at the top of Google for some of my targeted keywords. I also want to be involved in helping people reach there own goals by helping them rank well in the search engines. I provide free tutorials as well as a consultancy service in attempt to reach these goals.

I guess my ultimate intention is to help more people understand SEO as I feel a lot of people generally think it is a bit of a con, however when used correctly it is the ultimate online tool.

I created my blog as a public journal in hopes of connecting with fellow bloggers and gaining readers as I develop as a new writer. I've learned quite a bit about blogging since I joined BC.

Have you thought of creating a forum with a link onto your blog? Eventually you can answer questions from your forum onto your blog if readers wish to participate. It takes a while, but it can be worked out. Consistancy is the key. Guide your readers or subscribers into what you want them to do. If this makes sense. Similiar to a web site order, let the visitor know what you want them to do and if they are interested and smart enough, they will follow.

I would like for my blog to one day be on the list of most popular blogs on Hype Machine. I know that's ambitious, so I'd also like to convert all of my friends into reading my blog and possibly subscribing, as that's basically who I write for.

My initial goal with my blog was to share (through my writing and my photography) what the heck it is I do stuck with kids all day. But what I found is that I get people excited about my hometown, and give them ideas of what those with kids can do when visiting or bored. There are tons of other sites that publish "things to do with kids", but none really give you the inside scoop on how kids react when you get there. Like for example, I'll read, "Free family pass to the Cloisters Museum. Fun for the whole family!" Really? So, I'll take my kids to try it out and share the story about how everything is breakable and how I'll spend half my time trying to keep my kids from touching the Midieval rug hanging on the wall while the angry security guard gives me the evil eye...you get the gist. I am just having fun, but if it doesn't hurt to dream then I hope to be discovered by Time Out Kids or the like : )

My goal is just to get the words out of my head. If it helps other people in the process, so be it.

First - To develop a readership base and in the process become a better blogger.
    Second - Make some money.
No set timeline, just taking it as it comes.

First: to reach at least 50 subscribers. 1/5th of the way there already, and only a month in.

Second: earn $141.82 per month. Why that total? It's the exact amount of my minimum payment on my student loan. Seemed like a worthy goal.

Third: to reach 100 daily unique views. I'm doing pretty good on this. About a quarter of the way there.
