What brand is your Computer?

... Mine is a BenQ, it's 3 years old. I'm getting a new HP Compaq in August. Soooooo much betta.

Oh and tell me what your dream computer is. Mine is a Macbook Pro. I love how that apple on the back of the screen lights up when you turn the mac on.

I have two different laptops--both Thinkpads. One is a X200 (the small one) and the other is a Z61m (the big one). I use the small one when I travel and the big one has all the capabilities of a desktop.

They are both outstanding computers.

My computer is a Cheap Ass Computer made by me with a super cheap duo core processor, super cheap ECS motherboard, cheapest harddrive I could find from Fry's with rebate, cheap cheap 2gb ram, reused dvd drive, new dvd-burner after my old one crapped out, super old graphics card from old computer, new power supply to accomodate the new crap, and I'm using my Vizio HDTV as a monitor. It cost me about $200 in total to put together.

  There is a twitter program out for the Commodore 64 and someone has also made a Guitar Hero game for it. Commodore 64 is a computing powerhouse. Don't you ever talk bad about it again!

  and the shredz is good but it is Guitar Hero super lite..
  Just because there is a Super Mario version for both the old Nintendo and also the newer Gamecube, you don't go about saying NES is as good as the Gamecube.. or the Wii

  Mario Sunshine can't hold a flame to the original Super Mario Bro's on the NES. That's like comparing a classic Shelby Mustang to a Toyota Yaris.

My Laptop is a Dell, but I assembled my own desktop.. No point buying a desktop from a company, when you can get a much better config and customize it to your needs for a much lesser price.

My dream computer will be a top end Alienware rig or something similar that I might assemble myself..

I have an Acer laptop. Last time I get an Acer... I start it, it freezes, I have to force it to turn off, boot it again, wait for it to check the drives, and then I get to use it. Every single time. If I skip the drive check, it freezes again. Argh!
