Rebecca Hodes with the Treatment Action Campaign in South Africa said "if the pope is serious about preventing HIV infections, he should focus on promoting wide access to condoms and spreading information on how to use them."

I would think the Vatican wouldn't care in the least if you wore a condom dress, since they're not being used as birth control. I'm sure they (like most other humans) would think it was unbelievably tacky, but really not on point for a religious organization. -
