hello its me! the one who posted this discussion.
There is away of remembering your Dreams when you wake up!
As you wake up try stay relaxed and keep eyes closed while you recite the dream you just had.
You just move your memory from Dream to Reality.
You forget because you used a different part of your brain when you were asleep.
When i talk about Dreaming in Color. It just means Dreaming with Clarity and Feeling better than Real life. Normal dreams are color also! but its less vivid. And more Random. Hope That helps you all.
Also i dont copy of people! what i do is just what i am doing! sharing! -
My dreams are rich in detail, with so much activity, and in brilliant, vivid color. In fact my occasional daydreams are the same way. Like most, I can only recall parts of them when I awake. A dream I had two nights ago was about a few people here at BC. It was remarkable because I saw them whole, standing, sitting, moving, talking, but I can not for the life of me remember the things that were said in the dream. The dream was pleasant - not a nightmare. :-) Interestingly, I never have bad dreams.

Don't recall having a lucid one yet but my dreams are very vivid & I remember them in great detail. I always take the time to think through my dream after waking, & try to see the unconscious meaning there. Have found that doing this makes them easier to remember in the long run, but to really retain the rich feeling/images of the experience it's much better to write about them. When I did this before I really enjoyed it but have stopped ages ago...keep meaning to start to record them again in images & words but still haven't got the habit back!
Will go read your blog & get inspired!
