I like creating niche blogs to bring in traffic and monetize using affiliate marketing. This is not my first venture. I'm kind of a gadget guy so I like writing and learning about emerging technologies like GPS navigational systems. Pretty soon I feel that everyone will want to have one after seeing their friend's new cars that have them pre-installed and see the convenience in having point to point navigation available at their fingertips. The prices are dropping considerably, some GPS units are only $99 now.

But the real reason is that I want one for Christmas and I figured that I could save up the money I make on the site to buy my own, which would give me more to write about and that would complete the cycle.
