It seems like almost every disease is preventable by lifestyle changes. I remember reading a recent study that said that over 85% are a result of lifestyle. As for me, I eat my veggies, stay away from fats, salts, sugars, and cold drinks, stretch, do moderate exercise, and get some good rest with deep breathing.

Anyone else taking care of their health with lifestyle?

      Well, maybe you'll find some time in the morning for some stretching sometime. Moves the blood, nourishes, and cleans out the body of all that stuff that causes disease. Keep healthy.

      Yes, I also breathe in a very relaxed way to fill my body with oxygen and energy. It works nicely.
