eat fresh fruits and vegetables, jog, swim, lift weights, don't eat beef, haven't drank soda in 12 years, haven't eaten candy in 10 years, don't eat oily or fried foods... a lot more, but I don't consider myself a health freak, it's just the way I do things.

I will either dance or grab the kids and go for a bike ride or walk. Anything that involves getting up and moving usually works.

I used to put my tongue on the terminals of a 9-volt battery. But, as you can see, that leaves lasting negative effects.

I attach a car battery to my nipples and visualise 2 cats playing snooker while a giant mouse referees.

I get the same effect with LSD.

      It also takes less effort.

Have to agree with Aspot! Laughing is a great way to feel better!

I tune my radio to 102.7 KIIS FM and dance my a** off to the top 40 songs. I can practice my dance moves that way. I also dance to music on my iPod nano.

Or I might play a video game on the Wii, which for me, it's either Wii Sports Tennis or fighter BLEACH: Shattered Blade. I get pumped because I really wanna win

I used to think laughing etc is a ladies thing.. but it is refreshing to laugh and thanks to BC I got a lot of that
Energy comes from a healthy lifestyle. Eating, sleeping, etc on time. Avoiding "bad" habits, some exercise (esp yoga)
Most of all, maintaining a healthy relationship with everyone you know
And of course keeping yourself organized leads to a great sense of control and enhances your energy
