What do you do to get answers?

How do you get answers from people that are unwilling to give them up. I am still being stalled at every turn. I have offered to meet them on nutral territory with a law officer (other than the one here) present. I have asked them to answer my questions and all that is happening is I am getting the run around. I have been super nice (havent lost my temper on them yet) Does any one have any suggestions on how to go about getting answers with out violence? ( that is what every one else is headed for)

I follow them, inject them with sodium pentothal. Then when they wake up, I torture them until they give me what I need.-

Answers-from whom?-
The town mamager and Mayor over the police issues. Some of the town folks have decided to do death threats and threaten to burn the town over them canceling the last meeting and stalling us for answers. I asked to have a meeting so I could put a stop to it all. I have been on the phone all day getting the run around.

Bug their homes, offices, and vehicles. If that doesn't work it's real hard for a man to lie to your face when he's got a loaded 12 gauge a foot from his.*

Why don't you go higher than that? A congressman or something? I think they should be the ones to take care of what is going on in your town.
