Personal diary.=). Once upon a time, i tried to use this method too, however.........it lasted within few days. No courage to continue anymore. Well, writting a diary is a good way of expressing your feelings because only you can understand yourself, however.......it might be lil dangerous if somebody else showing "interest" on reading it.=)

My two best solutions are taking a walk or playing music. As a writer, I also have the option of tormenting people who live in other universes.

I'm normally a bubbly person, nice and helpful. But I'll admit to a dark side and I like that side just as much. I can be physically violent if provoked, I used to take kickboxing/yoga to alleviate the urges to kick someone random.
My fiery side, comes from passion and persistence mostly. I get rather enraged when I feel I am not where I need to be sometimes. People don't get to me as much as in the past, I can easily ignore them. I do still get bothered when family, friends or randoms attempt to place their opinions on me and my actions, as if I should follow their lead. They can try, try as they might, but it won't phase me. The worst was getting the when are you getting married, when you are having babies? They can keep asking, but it's never going to happen.-
I know its hard when people having expectations on us beyond our own capabilities.=) Sometimes, we think that, "Are we living for ouselves or for others?"......Always follow your instinct+wise decision.
"The worst was getting the when are you getting married, when you are having babies? They can keep asking, but it's never going to happen."...........Regarding this, why is it that it's never going to happen?.=)

It is not that person wants to get angry or not. Anger is a feeling that comes naturally. I salute all my friends in BC who can can control their anger. As for me I get angry very often and quickly but I try to forget about it as soon as possible.
I normally stay away from everyone for a while until I cool dowm.
My poor husband normally becomes my victim. I do say sorry much later. -
