    Oh and cuddling my cute dogs always helps also !

    Just sit down and start playing classical pieces, especially Beethoven's Moonlight Sonata (Sonata Quasi Una Fantasia, Opus 27, No. 2) and Chopin's Nocturne in E flat, Opus 9, No. 2. Both piano masterpieces relax and calm me down.

      At last! Some recognition for all the hard work I put into it. I have spent hours in front of my full length mirror perfecting "the reveal" It's good to finally have some positive feedback instead of the usual giggles.

    Things are my things that should work for most though and lift mood: ABBA music videos, Shakira Oral Fixation tour DVD, Sgt. Pepper and Abbey Road albums or any music you love the most, soccer matches from Europe...

    I already kept my broken w850 in the box inside the drawer for about 9 months now. So whenever I feel stress, sometimes I play lego with it, disassembly and re-assembly. I know the phone is now useless but, that phone has some value grew with it.

      you're right. Blogging is another way to release our stress. I did that just a few days ago... Ya, I was depressed.

    i drink until i cant feel feelings anymore then go to sleep. when i wake up i may have a mind-splitting headache but it takes my mind off being depressed
