What is the best self-help you can offer yourself in times of feeling low?

      lol! Well, that's honest! I used to subscribe to that school of thought to but I have been clean for 15 years now.

    I put on stilts, it seems to help.....for a while anyway.

    RUN. jog. swim. rollerblade. situps... anything that gets the blood pumping and fights fatigue. never fails

    I almost never get low, but when I do I go for a hike in nature.
    That always does the trick.

    I first ask God to help me get out of the pit. Then I take a deep look at my life and count the blessings I have. Finally I find someone else to serve to redirect my attention from me to them.
