WHAT DO YOU DO WHEN YOU FEEL MENTALLY FATIGUE?

What Do You Do to Recharge your Mental Batteries? Read a book, take a walk, exercise, etc...

Play with my children, read them a book, fetch with my dog, give my wife a message, read a book myself, or take a walk.

Read a book, treat myself some ice cream, or go and have a nice Jap food, cycling, oww....SHOPPING, yeah! and of course, a day in a spa, won't hurt

Sometimes I work out really hard and rush home and go to sleep. They say people are energized after a workout - yeah.. not after one of THOSE workouts.. I wipe right out
Or, I'll play the piano and get lost in the music.. learn a new piece or play the ones I know til I veg out
That always feels nice -

1. drink more plain water...so to take in more oxygen inside my body and brain...
2. get enough sleep
the brain gets tired when we lack oxygen and we do not have enough sleep ...
3. unload/release negative emotions
even we drink a lot of water and have enough sleep when we have emotional baggages still we get mental fatigue...
so the key is makes one's self become recharge/strengthen all key areas in life...
