    Sometimes I work out really hard and rush home and go to sleep. They say people are energized after a workout - yeah.. not after one of THOSE workouts.. I wipe right out

    Or, I'll play the piano and get lost in the music.. learn a new piece or play the ones I know til I veg out

    I created a blog that is relaxing with lots of underwater eye candy and added meditation music-nature sounds, ocean music....when I'm stressed, I go there and veg, it really helps me recharge!

    What do I do when mentally fatigued? Check out Offended Blogger. It wipes away all traces of fatige in a flash, and restores lead to the pencil, zipp to the do-da, and pee and vinegar to the testes.

    I'll take the question in the title, rather than the 'what do you do about it' clarification.

    When I get mentally fatigued, I start making really dumb typos, sometimes leave out entire words from what I'm keying in: And on occasion get really wondrous and strange ideas. I like that last part.

    As for what I do about being mentally fatigued: I sleep.

    Which is what I'm going to do now.

    1. drink more plain water...so to take in more oxygen inside my body and brain...

    2. get enough sleep

    the brain gets tired when we lack oxygen and we do not have enough sleep ...

    3. unload/release negative emotions

    even we drink a lot of water and have enough sleep when we have emotional baggages still we get mental fatigue...

    so the key is makes one's self become recharge/strengthen all key areas in life...
