Name one staple food (that you eat everyday) that keeps you healthy.

    Grease, yum...no actually mixed steamed veggies-broccoli, carrots, green beans, corn, etc.

      Everyday. Meat is not that common in Thailand...

    I find breakfast the most important meal of the day and I usually eat cereal and fruit.

    firatly veg is the supreme thing that i have , i am not a non vegitarian that brings many diseases by itself.
    and i have garlic and haldi powder in my every veg " sabzi" .

    I'm a vegetarian, and if I eat something vegetarian while staying away from anything junky (Oreos, for example), I stay pretty healthy and in shape.
