What you focus on can make the difference between success and failure.

Do you focus on trying to change a weakness into a strength?

Or do you focus on improving your strengths?

At my blog I share some ideas but I am interested in reading your responses here.

It looks like this topic does not create any interest. I wonder why?

I appreciate your comment. I believe by focusing on your best you are growing and not being drawn down by those things in your life that are less than your best.

      Keep moving forward.

One of the things I strongly encourage people is to consider failure as an opportunity to do something better. True failure is when you do not get up and fight again.

If you read the book you will find out that you cannot change a weakness into a strength. You can improve it but it will never become a strength. The book, "Focus on your strengths" shows you that focusing on building your strengths that your weaknesses less and less impact on your life.

I focus on Knowledge to know "how things work" because success and failure both depend on the right knowing of the subject. In fact both success and failure are byproduct of my efforts as I don't take both seriously and try to move further.

I focus on the truth. I focus on the now because if I focus on the future and how long something can take to materialize I could fall apart. I focus on acceptance and the things I can control.

I can tell what is important to you by looking at three things: Your checkbook, Your calendar and the websites you visit each week.
