Among other interesting facts, Aung San Suu Kyi happens to be the only person in the world who both

a) has won the Nobel Peace Prize

and

b) is currently in jail, on trial for having an (uninvited) guest in her home while under house arrest for pro-democracy activities (such as being elected prime minister of Burma by 82% of the population).
