   I'd say a man/woman has to be convincing, the hands are usually a dead give away. So I'd say small hands and of course a feminine voice are a must.

   Intelligence, self-respect, self-honesty and intellectual honesty, independent thinking, compassion, a good sense of humor (offbeat a plus). I like a woman that is motivated, healthy, and has great dental hygiene and eating habits (vegan a plus). Not snoring is also a big plus, as is not chewing with one's mouth open. A natural sense of rhythm and willingness to participate in salsa dancing is also a big plus.
