   I use BlueHost.com and they are truly phenominal. Every page I build for others I also make sure they host there. They're a dream come true.
   
   There are tons of add-ins that make it easy some are things most would never think abourt, various shopping cart choices, blogs, customer service apps, image apps, spam assassin, a cgi center with counters, countdowns, time and such, promotional items such as $50 free google ad words, $25 free yahoo ad services and others

      Unlimited sites are scams btw do some research on the topic and you will be shocked at what you find. There is no such thing as "unlimited"

   I want them to leave me alone when things are going right, unless they want to offer me a deal. Be there for me when there is a problem, and give me a decent amount of space to work with.

   2) Advance (way in advance) warnings prior to scheduled upgrades so I am prepared for any possible service interruptions no matter how brief.

      I wish mine were brief, Hostgator sucks right now for me, the server has been down for more than 24 hours...Gator 449 unlucky number for me and everyone else who's on it!

   You should understand that since you are reselling hosting you ultimately have no control of anything other than marketing.
   
   You have some customers - you must be doing something right. Try to keep a distance and let the support staff from the reseller handle the customer care.

      I must be psychic. It's the plain layout and minimal content that gives it away. Also nothing is personalized. The average internet user would have no idea - I'm a superuser, as you can see
      
      Keep in mind I am not insulting you. Just because that other thread got out of hand doesn't mean your on MY bad list. I just want to offer advice to help you make money. Everyone is my friend here, even the republicans(I wouldn't vote for them though).
