What Does the Review Mean?

BlogCatalog reviewed my blog recently. I apologize for being new at this, but I didn't understand the review. What do the numbers mean? And the blog was rated "accepted." Is that good, or just passing? --Berowne

I think you mean 'approved' rather than 'accepted'
Everyone who has a blog listed in BC has to be approved, so that isn't good, bad or indifferent.
The 'rating' you got is indicative of the value that BC has placed on both you and your presence in this community. You can improve your rating by posting to the forum, being active in the community, etc.
For example, my blog started out with a rating that was in the 40's (I thnk it was like 41.3--or something like that). It is currently rated as 69.7--so it has improved quite a bit in the year+ I have been here.
