What is considered good/acceptable/bad? For those that are unfamiliar with the abbreviation CTR then it stands for Click Through Rate and refers to how many clicks you get on your ads as a percentage of total pageviews or something like that.
Just asking because I feel like my current blog has a very low CTR, but I don't want to spill the beans yet on the actual number but rather hear your thoughts.

It all depends on where you position your ad blocks.. for a blog, an accepable CTR would be arround 2 to 4% I guess...
And don't disclose your ad performance, it's against adsense TOS...

Anywhere between 1% and 100%+ depending on the niche and layout
Forums typically have high page views and low CTR - blogs typically have low CTR if they are targeted to bloggers.
Anything in the make money niche has very low CTR -
I'm with kiltak. A single well-placed ad can get a better CTR than a hundred ads positioned one below the other in the sidebar or elsewhere. The idea is to remember that people visit your site to read the content, not to click on your ads.
I'm still learning, but to answer your question, CoI, I do feel that a 4 to 6% CTR is healthy and encouraging. And seasonal ads always get better CTR's. Weddings has been among the top of Yahoo searches lately, and Mothers' Day is on May 13

In addition to ad placement, the type of ad, type of blog and how targeted the traffic is and many other factors play a part.
I wrote a very long reply on another thread here today that has more in-depth info.

I have a 0% CTR because I don't whore my site out to advertising agencies.
