What is really a fever ? is it a virus inside our body and cause us to get fever ?

How to we prevent them ? As we can see no everyone will get infected by H1n1..why ?Hygenic ?

A fever is your body's response to stuff that makes it ill. It heats up and tries to kill the invader whether it be a bug or a virus.
