What is going on?

I just went to look at my blog at blogger and check stats with sitemeter and both are timing out.
Other websites are ok mostly, although I can't look at any blogspot blogs including my own. Managed to log in but not able to view blog.
Can anyone help?

And, there was a scheduled maintenance outage several hours ago.
I noticed much better (or much less bad) performance after that - they'd been having some trouble for a day or so.
Your issue may be related to the earlier maintenance.
But, what do I know? -
That was only supposed to be for 10 mins. It has not been working all day! I can't even access the known issues pages to find out.

Well 8 hours later and all is working again.

I just started a discussion. Haven't finish typing the title. It automatically displayed it. I have a funny title displayed. hmmm, i can't change it. Is that part of maintenance outage?
