What is the best Dark Chocolate you have ever had? Make & Brand

I love dark chocolate, buy haven't found the perfect chocolate. But I am still searching. Some are too sweet and over power the chocolate taste and others are so dark, they taste dry and bitter. Let me know your favorite Dark Chocolate, so I can put it on my try list. Thanks

    For dark chocolate, of course you will get the taste of original "coco". Just look at the percentage of chocolate included. I like the chocolate bars of just up to 75%-80% coco. More than that... its bitter than sweet. Recommend you Nestle Toll House. They tolerate both "chocolate" and the "eaters".
