   Black Teas are good for women.
   
   Green Tea is excellent for overall health for everyone. It is my personal favorite.
   
   But tea is at it's best by taking a cold shower after drinking it.

       Please note Rooibos is not a real tea. It is a herbal leaf to be made as tea. Original teas will taste nicely with go wonderful with any snax.

    I like most black teas. Lately I've enjoyed Tazo Awake. I also enjoy earl grey. Once in a while I like Lapsang Souchung - mixed half-and-half with Lipton. Add cream and sugar and it's heaven.
    
    Only herbals I drink are raspberry and lemon - and occasionally Chai.
