    Exercise, and a balanced healthy diet. Isn't a miracle cure, it takes time but in the long run healthier than fads and starvation diets etc.

      I know many people who do exercices but the day they stopped their body is not accustomed any more ... as for me no exercice since I'm child no weight ok it may be due to my natural constitution rather

    Well... as a middle aged guy sitting in front of a PC most of the day, I had a lot of trouble keeping my weight down. A doctor in North Carolina told me about CORE4 and specifically, their product called, "Cheat."

    So, I tried it out and so far, have lost exactly 11 lbs. in 7 days! No dieting, no special foods, no fasting and no chemicals. Honestly, I am a little stunned but very happy to see the lbs. come off!

    Seriously? Eat less. Move around more. A balanced diet is a good idea, of course. With me, I was eating the right foods in the right proportions - but in quantities appropriate for a man doing heavy physical work.

    I'm gradually getting down to a point where the bedroom scale doesn't scream when I get near it.
