      Actually I don't but I have visited websites that were promoted offline, mostly on cars or on TV. It's probably cheaper to promote online.

   1. make t-shirt and wear it everyday actually in crowed places or when you make speech.
   
   2. stickers is the best choice also, stick them in libraries, in buses, in merto or just on your door.

   We are going to a huge convention/party this year. Over 10,000 people who are in our specific niche!
   
   We are going for fun, but some friends have given us the opportunity to distribute some literature at their booth.

   Well that really depends on what kind of site/blog you are running.
   It's hard to suggest a market type for you without additional information.
   
   As a general rule of thumb... most offline advertising is wasted as there is no sense in advertising in a medium where your target audience cannot reach you. If you have an online product, then you should market online.
   
   If you really want to advertise offline try personal mail/flyers... at least this will raise awareness to people who are at home and thus near a computer. Advertise a contest where people can only enter by visiting your site.
   
   Again, i cannot give you better advice without more specific info.

   In my opinion theres no better or worse way concerning advertising. Consumer has a prerogative to judge - it is good or bad.
   The more methods you will try, the more results you will get. Process will show you which method/s will be best. Act and analyze, don't wait for suggestions.
