Apparently, there are so much answers from the google search result for the search term of "what is the best way to recover a soluble protein that I cloned into E. coli that forms inclusion bodies therefore losin"
see it here by yourself: tiny.cc/i2Z2R
Always remember this method. When you are about blind, no clue at all or just being extra lazy, type in the whole question no matter how long and there should be result(s) appears.
for the answer: I choose this long article: What Is Prokaryote? www.bionewsonline.com/6/what_is_prokaryote.htm (just find it yourself: the answer is there)

Are you seriously using the P word? I was just using your joke here as a reference to the other thread. You look so happy on your avatar and now you accuse me of stealing your internet?
So for anyone who's interested, Deray28 used this line in a comment on a different thread. There.
I thought you'd be happy to see that, honestly.
My lawyers have been informed.
