   Web2.0 isnt a thing, its a state of mind my friend. As for example, consider this as web1 vs web2 thing.

   * MapQuest vs. Google Maps
   * Encarta vs. Wikipedia
   * Netscape vs. Firefox

   Web 2.0 things are based on community contents, more than a single entity. Web 2 deals with open data, an applications dynamic thingy above and beyond its normal usage, you can also consider ajax, cross functional in everyway, services and not software, rich user interface, re-use re-mix, pageranks, see all these add up to one thing and that is ...it is truly a state of mind rather than confined in its usual sense of how it is and it can be used.

   oh ... and if you wanna get glitzy and GUI about it, it's about glossy purty buttons, too. yanno, the ones that look like glass. and gradients. and shadows. and CSS ...
