Mine is now. But I usually stay up way later promoting my blog, etc. I used to get 8 hours sleep...now with the blog, I get about 5. what about you guys?

    during the school year when I have to get up at 5 am , I go to bed by 12:30
    during the summer when I am off, I go to bed around 3 am up by 8

    Regular sleep?

    Never.

    My schedule is always changing.

    I go to sleep when I feel like it and I wake up when I feel like it.

    But surprisingly enough, I don't sleep in very often.

    I probably average about 6 - 8 hrs depending.

    Then there are days I sleep for a good 12+ hours.

    It's never constant.

      It's never balanced.

      I am a night owl BTW.

      I'm sure that's a contributing factor. lol

    I get to bed around midnight-1am most days and am up again around 7am.

    I sleep like a baby: 8-8.5 hours no matter what. Sleep deprivation: baaaaad. Sleep balance: goooooood.

    hmmm sleep...dang...im definetely a late sleeper, i go to sleep around 2 to 3 most nights but sleep until like 11 in the morning...to busy blogging to sleep much lol...only joking...

    i'm night owl too, dukepro ,hear ya on that one! i try to get up at 5 or 6am every day, but doesn't happen too often

    I have to be tucked in by 12.30 every night. Otherwise, I'll have a huge headache in the morning!

    Ola !,

    I used to sleep more than 8 hours a day, about 9-10 (at 23/24 sleep)it was tooooooo much I was only more lazy and when I have had to wake up about 7 in the morning I was a walking zombie... then I used to sleep 8 hours a day but it was too much also because I got a lot of things not done. Soo, I sleep 4 and half/6 hours a day now(I usually go to sleep from 24 to 3)- I feel great when I wake up and I have much more time to get much more things done.

    I usually go to bed around 1-2 am on a school night, probably 3-4 on a weekend.

    My bedtime used to be between 12 and 2 am. Lately though, my body has protested and i involuntarily pass out around 11, sometime sitting on my patio.

    Some would say that I have a sleep disorder - my cycle is just different from the 'norm'. I generally go to bed around 4 am and wake up whenever I have to - even if it's a couple of hours later.

    I've been known to pull double all-nighters and resume my normal sleeping arrangement. I've passed out for ten hours in a day just for having the time to spare. I sleep when I can get it, anyway.
