   Because your blog is a sales blog - if you want to promote sales and get traffic - you need to do one of three things:
   
   1) Up your SEO - so that you rank high in Google for your product keywords. This will provide ORGANIC hits - and POSSIBLE Conversions
   
   2) Talk in groups that specialize in your product(s) categories --- for example SKIN CARE - ECZEMA - etc. And be up front - but actually participate in conversations - be an expert --- talk to people --- and show them that your products are what they need.
   
   3) Use traffic exchanges for JUST NUMBERS --- but you cannot have GOOGLE ADWORDS with traffic Exchanges.

   (1) Learn and apply basic SEO to structure a reader and search engine friendly blog.
   (2) Publish original high quality content regularly.
   (3) Present your content in a clean and well designed theme.
   (4) Leave meaningful comments on related blogs.
   (5) Encourage comments on your own blog and respond them promptly.
