Not related to my business or my family but a personal, physical goal that I accomplished was running my first half marathon. It was an incredible feeling crossing the finish line!-

starting my blog - jesus, that's sad. that's all i've really accomplished. and I suppose surviving the ax'ing of 6,000 employees in my company.... i really need a life. -

congrats....since more than 50% of the world is depressed this IS quite an achievement!
P.S Dont ask me why the world is so depressed, I have the entire collection of Calvin and Hobbes, the most philosophical cartoon ever and I still dont know.. -
Depression. Some of it is chemical; some of it is unrealistic expectations and goals; some of it is feeling one doesn't measure up or isn't good enough.

staying somewhat sane -
Well, 2009 has been fairly busy. My biggest accomplishments this year are:
1. Meeting the woman of my dreams
2. Getting promoted to Senior Habitat Biologist
3. Moving to Whitehorse, Yukon Territory
4. Buying my first house
5. Getting my first dog
6. Starting my blog
