Our greatest inspiration has always been the world famous TV cooking show legend Graham Kerr (AKA the Galloping Gourmet)!
We were so fortunate to recently film an episode with Graham, who is also on our board of advisers!

Here are a couple segments from this show -

I used to watch a Chinese cooking show called Wok with Yan when I was a kid. I like that part in the end where he distributes food to the audience.

One of our producers used to be the director for Yan Can Cook. That was the reason why we love Graham Kerr (Galloping Gourmet) because he would invite people up from the audience to sample the recipes. Which is something we do in every episode of our show is that we eat the food we cook!

Martin Yan is my favourite too - that guy cracks me up, especially back in the day when he had a show called "Yan can cook"

Yan is a talented chef with a great tv personality!

On food network I love paula dean and the neelys.
We have the hook up at her resturant here, and we eat there about 2xs a month, the food is sooooooooo good, and it always tastes better when it's free, haha

We used to love watching Justin Wilson, especially the way he would season everything with "ca-yannn peppah"... "oooh-whee!"

OMG nice cakes. The mention of Yan gives me pleasant childhood memories. Beside's cartoons and MacGyver, that's the show worth watching.

Hoping one day our fans will be able to say that about Hippy Gourmet show!

Hahaha then you have to attract the kids Kids have fond memories of things that amused them.
    1. Sam1982
I agree with that wholeheartedly - get the kids interested in cooking and interested in healthy eating. Kids love food and knowing how to prepare it themselves.

We have a show here called Cool kids Cooking, where the host and his sidekick called head chef ( who is just an actor with his body under the kitchen bench so that he appears to be just a head on a silver platter ) And basically the host shows the kids how to cook but also gets them to make the meal themselves by copying him as he goes through the steps.

Actually, a lot of kids and young adults love our show. We get great emails from around the world from parents who say their kids turn them on to the show and now they cook the recipes together.
